Currently, Amelia is an out-of-network provider. With some insurance plans (typically PPO's), you may be eligible for a % reimbursement after sending a superbill receipt to your insurance company after initial payment for the visit. The amount reimbursement varies widely from plan to plan. To find out more about what your plan offers, call your insurance provider directly and inquire if you are eligible for reimbursement for out-of-network physical therapy. We can also accept HSA and FSA payment.

You have the option of choosing in-person visits OR virtual visits at your convenience and preference. Some patients prefer a mix of both, depending on their travel plans and individual needs from week to week. Simply ask for what you need, and know we can adjust as your needs evolve.

Being an out-of-network provider allows me to see patients for longer treatment sessions, additional flexibility in how we approach treatment, and ensure that your sessions are ALWAYS 1-on-1 with a doctor of physical therapy. With longer and more personalized visits, we hope to maximize the speed of your progress, and reduce the total number of sessions needed for you to reach your goals.

We offer a unique, integrative approach that blends wellness coaching and physical therapy. All sessions are 1-on-1, extended to last a full 60-90 minutes, and are completely personalized to your needs. Depending on your needs and preference, your sessions may also include yoga and Pilates-based physical therapy and/or specialized bodywork including myofascial release and visceral manipulation. Pelvic floor physical therapy is available to all genders.
