Pilates and Yoga are forms of therapeutic movement that involve a combination of breathwork/pranayama, wholistic, full body movement, and mindfulness. Our goal is to help you connect with your body's own innate intelligence and self-healing power to bring both symptom relief and support positive lifestyle changes. Your practice will be adapted to meet your individual needs and unique goals in an effort to meet you where you are, and support gradual change and growth over time. Yoga and Pilates can be incorporated into 1-on-1 physical therapy treatment sessions, or through collaboration with Monarch Pilates instructors. Monarch also offer small group classes to supplement physical therapy sessions and the ability to make continued gains even following discharge from physical therapy.
